Rob Salas is a Mexican-American director and producer based in Orange County, CA. Favorite directing credits include As You Like It, The Tenth Muse, and Comedy of Errors (Davis Shakespeare Festival), All’s Well That Ends Well (New Swan Shakespeare Festival), Alice’s Wonderland (South Coast Repertory), The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged (New Village Arts), Mary Stuart (UC Irvine) and The Tempest (Harvard University).
For 15 years, Rob was a founding Artistic Director of Davis Shakespeare Festival. He is currently on the Artistic staff at South Coast Repertory in the role of Producing Associate.
Rob holds a BA in English and Dramatic Art from Harvard and an MFA in Directing from UC Irvine.
